Covid-19 Update

The past few months have seen unprecedented changes to the way we go about our daily lives and all of us are having to adapt to a new way of life. While we understand that clothes shopping may not be the most pressing concern for people right now, we also recognise that many of you will want to know how we are responding to this crisis, how we intend to protect our staff and keep them safe, and any changes we make that will affect our customers.

Hygiene & Safety

In line with the government's recommendations, where possible, our staff are now working from home. We have also introduced social distancing measures and strict hygiene procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. That said, we are very much open for business and our customer services and warehouse are operating and processing orders as normal. Our policies in this area are being reviewed daily in accordance with any new guidelines from the UK government.

Call Centre Opening Hours
Our US call centre is open 24 hours. We will update you here if there are any changes to this.

Our overseas deliveries are being despatched as normal, however, we have been advised by UK Royal Mail that deliveries are taking a little longer than usual so please allow a few extra days for your parcel to arrive.
