Returns

Our clothes are tailored with meticulous attention to detail and quality checked throughout. If you are not entirely happy with any item from Joseph Turner, simply return it using our FREE returns service within 60 days for a prompt exchange or refund.

Please note, we cannot exchange or refund shirts that have had any sleeve shortening services or pockets added. Neither can we exchange or refund clothes or footwear that have been washed or worn, except for the purpose of being tried on for size, unless they are inherently faulty. If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.

Please be aware that we cannot refund any postage charges that you pay to have your item delivered.

Product: Fairly standard polo, no frills, but satisfactory.

Service: First time customer. Overall very happy with the service and the clothes seem to be of good quality, value for money, and correct size.

The only adverse comment is that one item was not included in the package and there was no mention of two packages on the receipt or delivery note. On enquiring I was told, curtly, that it was stated on the parcel that it was a part delivery, I found "2 of 2" marked with a pen on the back! Technically incorrect and need some work on customer satisfaction.
