Product: Purchased Panama Hat at discount price which consequently matched High Street price - the hat is of very inferior "thin and cheap" quality and certainly not worth the discounted price let alone the original quoted price.
Very disappointed with the value for money- surely mail order should be significantly CHEAPER than High Street?

Service: Goods arrived in good time
