Neither can we exchange or refund clothes or footwear that have been washed or worn, except for the purpose of being tried on for size, unless they are inherently faulty. If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.

Service: Service was quick and efficient. Items bought were good , possibly the shirts were not worth the original price and seemed large. ( size bought was my husbands usual size). He was happy with them. He was very pleased with week end bag as this was a present.
